Notice of Explicit Consent: By registering for the International Philippine School in Al Khobar (IPSA) Family Fun Day 2027 (FFD2027), you provide explicit consent to process your family information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued under Royal Decree No. (M/19) and regulations governed by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

1 Purpose of Data Collection & Principle of Limitation

We collect personal identification details (attendee names, household relationship, family code, and official email) solely for the purposes of family registration, campus security check-in, ticket/merchandise allocation, and event coordination during FFD2027. Data will not be processed for any incompatible secondary purposes.

2 Data Storage & Security within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

All personal data collected is stored securely within authenticated systems operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We implement strict role-based access control, cryptographic hashing, and audited administrative governance to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or leakage.

3 Your Rights as a Data Subject (Article 4 of PDPL)

Under Saudi Arabian law, you have the right to: (a) be informed of the legal basis and purpose of data collection; (b) access your stored personal information; (c) request correction or updating of inaccurate data; and (d) request data destruction/anonymization following the completion and reconciliation of the FFD2027 event.

4 Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing

IPSA will never sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal data to any commercial third parties. Data is accessible exclusively by designated event administrators and committee officers for logistical and security operations.

5 Event Rules & Community Conduct

All registered families agree to abide by school campus regulations, designated booth schedules, and safety instructions issued by IPSA and the Supreme Student Government during the Family Fun Day event on February 14, 2027.
